Vintage Antique Baby Doll Stroller Carriage Buggy 1900's Welsh Boodle Bassinet

No attempt on our part to clean, will leave
Antique bABY/DOLL Carriage made by Welsh
metal frame with army green Vinyl top & sides.(?leather?)
Real tires wheels & spokes Wheels rotate but rusty
handle measures 27" tall, buggy length is 24" long and 13" wide.
collapses down for easy storage. I think this may have been for a real baby-but seems shorter? Possibly doll but large for that and good quality in the day.
No attempt to clean on my part that task to the new owner, very antique .
Name is printed on the inside. I charge only actual shipping charges this is a big box
