This auction is for a "USAir Flight Operations Manual: Policies, Procedures, and Regulations" previously owned by a pilot for USAir. Binder and contents are in excellent condition, as seen in the photographs. The handbook dates to the 1980s as listed at the top of the pages in the photos to mark the release date of the different data within the binder to ensure pilots had the latest information. What an amazing piece of American aviation history, perfect for pilots, aviation fans, and collectors alike!
I am a retired academic historian based in New Orleans who enjoys searching estate sales on the weekends – these are always a history lesson! The pilot was from Metairie, Louisiana, and enjoyed a career flying for US Airways, Mesa Airlines, and American Airlines from the 1980s through 2000s.
