ITEM DESCRIPTION AND PICTURES
All items are sold AS IS. Pre-Owned items have been used to varying degrees and will have signs of this use. Please ask questions and review all pictures before bidding. Some of the pictures have glare spots on them and sometimes the true color of an item does not come through in the pictures. Pictures of book pages usually have a yellow tinge to them. If you need additional pictures, please request them. Questions, and picture requests made on the last day of the auction may not get answered/sent before the auction ends.
If you are in doubt that the item is as described please Do Not Bid On It.
PAYMENT
PayPal payment only. Payment is due within 2 days. Shipment is the next business day after payment. ***IF you want a later shipping date for any reason you must REQUEST a later payment date so shipment is the next business day after payment. Bidding on multiple items that do not end on the same day, please email me and wait until all the listings have ended to pay for them to get combined shipping PROVIDING all item(s) will fit in the same box. Otherwise each item will be shipped as it is payed for. eBay requires the same day/next business day shipping for a seller to qualify for top seller so paid item(s) with be shipped as paid for.

This auction is for a Vintage Souvenir of Philadelphia Cup.
This colorful cup is stamped Victoria Austria with a crown in green. The cup is 2.75 inches tall. It is banded in gold around the top. It has scenes of 2 historic buildings & 1 historical item; Old Liberty Bell, Rear View of Independence Hall and Philadelphia & Reading Station.
There are no chips, cracks or rubs on the cup.

MULTIPLE AUCTION WINS
Items are shipped as they are paid for; if you want combined shipping for items that will fit into the same box then all items must be paid for at the same time. So, if you are bidding on multiple items that do not end on the same day please wait until all the listings have ended to pay for them. The USPS Tracking for each box will be proof that the Item(s) were received by the buyer.
SHIPPING
I use USPS Priority/International Priority (Not available for all international shipping). Shipping cost are determined by USPS and is dependent upon package weight, size/shape and distance. I put in the weight of the package and the box size and USPS through the eBay shipping calculator decides the shipping charge based upon this information and your zip code. The further you are from me and the heavier/larger the package is the more it costs to ship. Once a package passes a certain size it falls into the dimensional weight category and postage is no longer based upon actual weight but on overall inches of the package.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment is due within 2 days of the auctions end. When payment is received the item will ship the next business day.
SHIPPING TIME
I ship items within 1 business day after payment is received. eBay will add the tracking number when the shipping label is printed. USPS delivery time is not my shipping time.
INTERNATIONAL SALES
I ship International Priority/Express to most countries. Some have been excluded due to poor shipping experiences. I am not responsible for Customs Fees charged by your country or for delays in shipping caused by Customs. The buyer needs to check with their countries Customs Department to find out if Customs Fees will be charged for the item they are interested in. Nor am I responsible if a buyer bids on and wins an item that cannot be shipped to their country due to Customs/Postal regulations. If this happens the Buyer and I will have to agree to not complete the auction.
International buyers agree to accept a copy of the postal receipt showing shipping date and customs number as proof that the item(s) were shipped to and received by the buyer.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Returns are 14 days from delivery confirmation. Returns are accepted for postal damage (see below) and for Significantly Not As Described (see below). Clothing/shoes may be returned as Does Not Fit EXCEPT FOR VINTAGE/ANTIQUE items that are offered for display purposes only, NOT TO BE WORN.
No refunds will be issued for U.S./International non-delivery claims. USPS Tracking will be used on U.S. shipping and the buyer agrees to accept postal records of USPS Tracking as proof the item(s) were received. International buyers agree to accept the Customs Number issued by the Postal System as proof the item was shipped and received.
POSTAL SYSTEM DAMAGE
Compensation (Compensation is the final auction value of the item) due to postal system damage. If your package arrives damaged, you need to email me as soon as possible after delivery. Then you must take the package to the post office
BEFORE
you open it so the damage to the package can be documented. They may tell you not to open the package. Opening a damaged package before bringing it to the attention of your local Postal Officials can negate an insurance claim and compensation of the item.
An insurance claim must be started with the post office. Please take a picture of the package before you open it. Open a damaged package carefully so you don’t do any additional damage to the package. To open an insurance claim you
MUST
keep the original box, packaging and the item or unopened damaged package, and ship them back to me using the same shipping service/method that I used to send the package to you, I will refund you this shipping. These items are required by the post office. Once I have received the item back I will take it to the post office to start a claim. If the post office accepts the claim, I will refund you the final auction value + original shipping cost of the item. If the post office refuses the claim, then I cannot provide a refund. If you cannot provide these items, the post office will not accept the insurance claim and there will be no compensation for the item. This is a lengthy process.
SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED---NON-DELIVERY
Refunds are only for items that are Significantly Not As Described or for clothing/shoes that were not listed as DISPLAY ONLY that Do Not Fit.
Notification of intention to return item for Significantly Not As Described/Does Not Fit must be within 14 days of the end of auction date and received within 21 days of auction end. If item is returned for Significantly Not As Described then pictures of the returned item, listing pictures and Item Description will be sent to eBay and PayPal. I will refund the final auction valve + the original shipping charge, upon receipt of item returned in original condition as it was sent to you. Clothing/shoes returned for Does Not Fit must be returned in original condition as it was sent to you. I, the seller, will determine if the item is in the same condition as I sent it to you, the buyer. Yes, this means you must pay the return postage if you return this item(s)
If the item(s) are deemed to NOT be in the same condition as it was in when shipped or if notification to return the item is not received back within 14 days and the item received by me within 21 days, then a refund will not be issued and the item will be shipped back to you, the buyer,
if requested,
using the original shipping method.
