    This is a DUO M1 AC adapter from Retro Game Cave. It has two plugs, so you can use it to hook up a Sega Genesis & Sega CD without having a 2nd bulky AC adapter use up another outlet.
    This has been verified to work with a model 1 Genesis + model 1 Sega CD. I am unsure if it can be used on other model systems.
