If you run into a problem, all you have to do is send it back with a note stating who you are and what size you need. We'll remake and ship it back to you at no additional charge to you. We'll also update your order with a new tracking number.
If your base shaper gets damaged in the mail, simply take a picture of the damage and send it to us via eBay messenger. We'll remake your base shaper and send you a new one. You don't even have to send the damaged one back.
