    C-3 Billon 4 Soldi 1792 in XF condition. An extremely scarce or rare Italian State and quite difficult to locate in the upper grades. This one struck on a crude planchet with a porous Obv. and a little porous on the Rev. making this appear a bit dark. The first one we've ever seen for sale. Came from a well-known dealer who marked it "RARE." S
