Erie, PA PENN Pennsylvania Pennant or Banner Circa 1950

Description

This is  8.5  by  25 inches.  It is missing .25 of an inch of its but. But, it has its 4 tassels and no holes. The colors are vibrant with 3 images. Those are East High School, Light House & Inlet To Erie Bay and Old Wolverine Training Ship & Perry Monument.  There is a label on the back with  "MFR."  1912.  The front has  N Y ROG in the lower left.         1119
