Circa 1890 Souvenir Glass Paperweight Allegheny Cty Court House Pennsylvania

Circa 1890 souvenir paperweight of the "Allegheny County Court House Dedicated Sept. 24, 1888."
It is about 4" long x 2 3/8" wide x 3/4" high.
It is in fair condition. There is a shallow flake on the lower left hand corner base by the "A" in Allegheny (see picture #5). There is noticeable surface wear on the top. There is an in-the-making deformity on the left hand/Allegheny side (see pictures #1 & #2). This piece would probably look much better if a professional polished the glass.
My pictures don't always project the ideal image. I have serious problems with glare and lighting. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions, especially photo related ones.
Regarding combined shipping. In most cases, several pieces can be shipped in a single box. When this occurs, I will credit the purchaser's PayPal account any shipping difference. In-other-words, I charge exact shipping for same time multiple purchases. I cannot issue these credits until I've purchased the postage so it may take a day or two. I do this often. I have never had a discrepancy complaint. My customers are in very good hands.
