Description

The total height to the top of the handle is 22 3/4", it is 18" long, and from outside the hubcap to outside the other hubcap is about 10 5/8". All measurements are at it's longest points.  I believe that it still has the original paint on it. The rubber on the wheels are in pretty good condition. Very little shrinkage and the metal reinforcement inside the rubber is still intact. The handle and the top part will be disassembled for safer shipment. It is a total of 4 screws and nuts. You will only need a slotted screwdriver and maybe a pair of pliers.
