We found this walking in the woods in Lehigh County, PA.
It is in rusty, dirty, "as found" condition.
It is 7 3/4" across by just over 3/4" thick.
The hub is 1 1/4" across.
The center hole in the hub is 1/4".
The rubber is very hard and has grooves in it.
The rubber also has a break in it.
This wheel smells only like dirt and will be shipped from a smoke-free home.
