    1953 TAN MAGAZINE EARLY AFRICAN AMERICAN PUBLICATION RARE!!.
    This was in my Aunt's attic. Very early African American magazine by Johnson Publication (The same Company that produced Ebony and Jet Magazines starting early 50s). It is full of Afrocentric stories and Cool old ads. Including Recipes, Fashion, and Home Decor articles.
    It has age wear including what looks like pen stabs at the cover, some pencil writing which I guess you can erase. Back cover looks like a child scribbled on it. But overall the book is solid, very rare (haven't seen too many and especially this early)
