    Description

    Full program from the Casino de Paris for the season of 1927-28. The Casino de Paris was a music hall in Paris where stars such as Josephine Baker performed in the 1930s.
    Some of the performers were dancer Boris Knaiseff, Wilkins and Riley who were two Black men performing in Paris at that time, the Lawrence Tiller Girls dancers, Tamarina-Fredoff a man dressed as a woman, Miss Valentine Sayton, a fan dancer
    Performance presented by Leon Voltera called Paris sans Violes a Version des Ailes De Paris. It had a large cast and was written by Albert Willemstad, Saint-Granier, and Jean Le Seyeux.
    Beautiful Art Deco style cover signed by the artist “Don” and many advertisements drawn in the Art Deco Style in addition to the program and photos of the performers.
    Condition is very good with some age wear at the spine and a few pages with light corner wear. The center page has come loose but the rest of the book is still firmly attached with the original staple binding which is slightly rusty.
