Souvenir program for the Ninth Annual All Star Benefit Performance of the American Theatrical Hospital Association at the Colonial Theatre, Chicago, May 29, 1921, 6" x 9" softcover, 20 pages, not illustrated.
The Association was a charity organization for entertainers unable to pay for medical treatment. Mostly ads, plus information on the organization and the lineup.
Condition is very good: Clean contents, secure binding, long bend at the top fore corner, other light wear. No ownership marks. As the result of a printing error, four pages (including the program) are duplicated.

How I Pack:
Most books are packed in boxes with appropriate packing material. Thin volumes and ephemera are mailed in envelopes with stiffeners. Records are mailed in industry-standard cardboard mailers. All items are packed to withstand normal abuse during transportation.
